Continental Realty Corporation is seeking a Service Technician for Cardiff Hall apartments in Towson, MD. You will maintain the community’s physical integrity and respond to service requests with quality workmanship.

We offer an hourly rate plus a $750/month rent discount for live-on, quarterly team bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision and a 401K match. The role includes on-call appreciation bonuses and company events.

Qualifications

• High initiative with a go-getter mindset.
• 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC skills; EPA certification preferred; plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair, electrical.
• Vehicle and valid driver’s license with own tools; willing to pull calls.
• Strong problem-solving, organization and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and make-readies promptly with quality workmanship.
• Share knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
• Go above and beyond for residents to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage time effectively and communicate throughout the day.
• Anticipate resident issues before they occur.
