BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Annapolis, MD 21403. This role requires strong technical ability and dedication to high-quality maintenance and resident service.

The position is contract, pays $22/hr, with a Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule and an ASAP start. Experience with apartment maintenance is strongly preferred and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including: HVAC troubleshooting and repair, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, appliance diagnostics and repair, carpentry and general maintenance.
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation.
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards.
