Job summary

BG Staffing is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a Denton, MD community. The position pays $23/hr, with a Mon-Fri 8:30–5 schedule and a contract-to-hire start ASAP.

You will perform apartment service requests, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, unit turns (drywall/paint), and help with grounds and general upkeep. Independence, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance, construction, or renovation experience
• Ability to work independently
• Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
