Job summary

LyvWell Apartments in Monaco Park seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting and electrical work in a multi‑unit community. You’ll troubleshoot issues and perform preventive maintenance with a collaborative team. 1–2 years of related Property/Commercial experience and a HS diploma or GED are required; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; 3–4 years of related experience may offset education.
• Preferred HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on property needs.

Responsibilities

• HVAC: repairs, cleans, replaces, etc.
• Plumbing: repairs, replace parts, installation (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.)
• Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
• Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, painting
• Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, lamps, etc.
• Machinery: repair and maintain chillers, belts, pumps, fans, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
