Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical tasks, and machinery maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service in a multi-unit residential setting.

We value teamwork and communication, and you may work weekends if needed. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 1–2 years of relevant experience; HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications are a plus, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED. 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Required skills: self-motivated, team-player, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability.
• Weekend work may be required (Sat/Sun).
• Must communicate clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, maintenance, and replacements within the apartment community.
• Repair and replace plumbing parts; install sinks, toilets, faucets.
• Repair and install doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Paint and repair drywall/plaster; general painting tasks.
• Work with electrical systems and appliances: lighting, wiring, switches.
• Maintain machinery such as chillers, belts, pumps, and fans.
• Contribute to other duties as assigned; provide exceptional customer service.
