Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and machinery under supervision, while delivering exceptional resident service.

We value teamwork, reliability, and clear communication. Some weekend work may be required; a HS diploma or GED is needed, with higher credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED; 3–4 years of experience can offset minimum education.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.
• Strong communication, teamwork, customer service, and accountability.
• Weekend work possible (Sat/Sun).
• Must communicate clearly in English; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• HVAC: repairs, cleans, replaces components as needed.
• Plumbing: repairs and replacements, installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry: repair/installation of doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Painting: drywall/plaster repairs and painting.
• Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, switches.
• Machinery: maintain/chillers, belts, pumps, fans.
• Other duties as assigned; provide exceptional customer service.
