Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Country Club at The Meadows Apartments in Las Vegas. You will respond to resident requests, perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, and prepare units for new residents while maintaining common areas and systems.

The role emphasizes a hands-on approach, strong mechanical skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and with the onsite team to ensure high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or related trades is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systems.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and systems for maintenance needs.
• Assist with upkeep of amenities, grounds, and common areas.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas; keep an orderly environment.
• Provide courteous service when interacting with residents and coworkers.
• Collaborate with onsite team to maintain high community standards.
