Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust seeks a Maintenance Technician for Greyson’s Gate Apartments in Dallas, TX. If you’re mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on repairs, this on-site role provides practical problem solving across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems while delivering quality service to residents.

You’ll handle resident requests, perform preventative maintenance, prep vacant units, inspect building systems, and help maintain community spaces.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Available for a five-day workweek with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systems.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and systems for maintenance needs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies and work areas.
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents.
