Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a hands-on Community Maintenance Technician for The Croix Townhomes in Henderson, NV. You will respond to resident needs, troubleshoot systems, and prepare units for move‑ins.

The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork with onsite staff. A background in maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades is helpful, and a valid driver's license is required. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in apartments or related trades.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance systems.
• Physically able to perform maintenance tasks and use tools safely.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systems.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure move‑in readiness.
• Inspect community buildings and common areas for maintenance needs.
• Assist with upkeep of amenities, grounds, and safety compliance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas; document work performed.
