Job summary

A property management company located in Henderson is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The role involves preparing apartments, responding to service requests, performing emergency maintenance, and assisting on special projects. Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns.
• Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
• EPA Type II or Universal is preferred.
• Energetic, responsible and organized.
• A true team-player mentality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market-ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, et cetera).
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed.
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
