Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a range of upkeep tasks across our apartment communities. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires a strong technical aptitude, reliable transportation, and the ability to work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays. You will contribute to curb appeal and overall property maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• EPA certification Type I and II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs in a thorough, timely manner.
• Monitor inventory of equipment, tools, parts, and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, vendors, and supervisors.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes and maintenance-related turn events.
• Address complaints and resolve issues professionally.
