This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on maintaining a safe and welcoming property for residents, including general maintenance, landscaping, and on-call emergency response. The ideal candidate has experience in building maintenance, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong communication with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience with general building maintenance.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, or RD) is a +.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping to improve curb appeal.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to order supplies and manage vendors.
