Westchester Park Apartment Homes in Manhattan, KS is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor with repairs, make-readies, and preventive maintenance for the community.

The candidate will respond to resident requests, perform light electrical/plumbing work, and maintain grounds and common areas. A valid driver's license and own tools are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; valid driver’s license.
• Experience with building maintenance and repairs is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with repairs and make-readies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and shops.
• Assist with snow removal and on-call duties as required.
