Job summary

Clear Investment Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician in Washington, D.C. to join our apartment community team. The role is full-time, with a competitive compensation of $25-$30 per hour commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of property maintenance experience and general knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management maintenance experience required.
• Ability to respond efficiently to maintenance requests.
• Available for on-call emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and conduct preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community.
• Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders, prioritizing emergencies.
• Assist in maintaining all electrical, plumbing, appliances, and mechanical systems.
