Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Washington D.C. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment community, including repairs in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical areas.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma, and preferably HVAC certification. We offer competitive pay between $24 to $26 per hour and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs in the apartment community.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed on time.
• Maintain the exterior of the property for curb appeal.
