Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Make Ready or Maintenance Technician.
• EPA I or II, Universal or HVAC certified.
• CPO Certification and experience maintaining pools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in apartments and common areas.
• Manage vacant apartments preparing them for new leases.
• Complete service requests/work orders as directed by supervisors.
