Job summary

You will assist in the operation and maintenance of various building systems and become knowledgeable about engineering field responsibilities. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in building operations and strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Building Operations or Property Management preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems required.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance and repairs on all building systems.
• Provide concierge-style customer service to internal and external partners.
• Maintain operation logs and files specific to the property.
