Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time opportunity supporting Haveloch Commons and Robinson Manor. This role handles general property and building maintenance, keeping common areas clean, completing inspections, and assisting with move-ins/move-outs.

Job Summary

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of maintenance experience, OR

• At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience plus 6 months of specific training in one of the following:

  • Electricity

  • HVAC

  • Plumbing/Fitting

  • Welding/Fabricating

  • Carpentry

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.

• Reliable access to a registered and insured vehicle.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to effectively interact with residents and team members.

• Ability to work a varied schedule and participate in on-call coverage.
