Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general building and property maintenance across Western Pennsylvania communities, including Oakmont and nearby campuses. Roles supported by full-time, part-time, and casual schedules with varied shifts and non-exempt hourly pay.

Starting pay ranges from $14.22 to $22.00 per hour, with benefits such as health coverage, disability/life insurance, paid time off, retirement matching, and tuition forgiveness for LPNs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Alternatively, 6 months of specialized education in one of the trades listed or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements for the Maintenance Technician:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 years of maintenance experience.
• In lieu of 3 years of relevant experience, 6 months specific education in one of the following trades: Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating; or Carpentry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid PA Driver's License.
