Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance across a residential property setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requests.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and complete maintenance requests for apartments, common areas, and exteriors.
• Prepare vacant units for re-rent in a timely, efficient manner.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and building systems.
• Monitor critical systems (fire control, water) to ensure safety and compliance.
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning to maintain a safe, attractive property.
• Procure and manage supplies to meet maintenance needs efficiently.
