Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 236-unit apartment community in Dallas, TX. You will be responsible for the general appearance and upkeep of the property to ensure a quality living experience for residents.

Key duties include monitoring for repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing appliances, and assisting in preparing vacant units. On-call duties may be required with trip stipends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
