Job summary

Dominium is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to ensure the property looks its best and operates smoothly for residents. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and appliance issues while supporting vacant unit turnover.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting basics; HVAC/EPA and a CPO are preferred. A valid driver’s license may be required; a trip stipend is provided for after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting systems
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property
• Assess and repair appliances as needed
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents
• Occasional on-call duties; trip stipend provided if called back after hours
• Maintain a safe work environment
