Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Springs, a 76-unit community in Dripping Springs, TX. You’ll oversee the property’s appearance and maintenance to provide residents with a quality living experience.

You’ll perform repairs, routine maintenance, and appliance assessments while helping ready vacant units for new residents. On-call duties may apply, with a trip stipend if called back after hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required or preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
