Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cobblestone Manor, a 220-unit community in Fort Worth, TX. You will help maintain the property's appearance and support residents to ensure a great living experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in maintenance with basic electrical/plumbing/painting knowledge; HVAC and EPA experience preferred; a valid driver’s license may be required. On-call duties with a trip stipend are possible along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back after hours).
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
