Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cobblestone Manor, a 220-unit apartment community in Fort Worth, TX. You will help maintain the property to deliver a great living experience for residents and support team efforts across maintenance tasks.

Your responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and preparing vacated units for new residents, with occasional on-call shifts and trip stipends when required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back after hours).
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
