A leading property management company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for the Overlook 380 Apartments in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role offers a competitive pay of up to $23 per hour, along with quarterly bonuses and extensive benefits, including tool reimbursement and paid time off. Responsibilities include timely completion of work orders, unit preparations, and emergency maintenance coverage. Applicants should have at least one year of general maintenance experience and a good customer service attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in general maintenance.
• Experience in dry walling, painting, and carpentry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of work orders based on priority.
• Prepare units for new tenants by making ready.
• Handle exterior structural maintenance as required.
• Manage emergency coverage every 3 to 4 weeks.
