The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, multi-family environment exposure, and HVAC/plumbing/electrical troubleshooting. On-call rotation with additional pay is included. Many benefits and a diverse team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
• 6+ months in a multi-family or institutional work order environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; college/trade school preferred.
• Certifications such as CAMT, boiler, EPA, CPO encouraged.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and major appliances.

Responsibilities

• Repair exterior, grounds, and mechanical systems.
• Schedule routine maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, painting, turnovers.
• Implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Supervise contract work and payments for quality.
• Maintain vacated apartments in make-ready condition.
• Serve as on-call emergency maint. contact as scheduled.
