Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Chapel Ridge in Council Bluffs, IA. This tax credit property with 160 units pays up to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather.
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule.
