UDR, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician for Towson Promenade in Towson, MD. Join a team responsible for maintenance across the community, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repairs.

The role emphasizes timely responses to resident requests, keeping the property in top condition, and ensuring apartments are ready for occupancy. A valid driver's license and on-call duties are required; a $500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience in building and mechanical systems.
• HVAC and carpentry experience is a plus.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; rotating on-call required.
• Pool operation certification (CPO) may be required at some locations.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service and restore service within quality standards.
• Maintain community appearance by keeping grounds, buildings, and common areas clean and safe; report deficiencies.
• Ensure apartments are ready for occupancy through electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and related tasks.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace; assist in stocking inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
