Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders within required timeframes.
• Perform basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and appliances.
• Follow instructions and established procedures for maintenance tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues.
• Maintain interior and exterior property conditions and support groundskeeping.
