Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience or electrical/plumbing/HVAC experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other building systems.
• Complete maintenance work orders and respond to resident requests.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, including repairs and unit turnovers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and property inspections to catch issues early.
• Help maintain buildings, common areas, and grounds.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Use mobile maintenance software to track work orders and completions.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, safe workspace.
