Job summary

Adara Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Windrush, a 90-unit community. The role leads maintenance staff, handles service requests, coordinates make-readies and schedules, and participates in on-call rotations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in multifamily maintenance, a valid HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and owns basic hand tools. Bilingual is a plus. Competitive pay from $24-$25/hour plus benefits.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Maintenance Technician:

What We're Looking for in the Apartment Maintenance Technician:

• A personal set of basic hand tools


• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians


• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills


• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation


• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.


• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Working Environment of the Apartment Maintenance Technician:

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed. All employees must adhere to the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
