Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of the property and surroundings in good working order.
• Process work orders from residents via the Property Manager.
• Troubleshoot appliances throughout the property and resident units.
• Coordinate with office staff to prepare units for new residents.
• Perform routine grounds maintenance including trash and leaf removal, snow/ice removal.
• Inspect sidewalks, driveways, landscaping, and exterior areas for repairs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for repairs and projects.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and maintenance repairs.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
