Maintenance Technician
Minneapolis, Minnesota

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking to hire an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at City Limit Apartments in Minneapolis. This is a hands-on maintenance position with guaranteed full-time hours. We are willing to train the right person!

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

• At least 6 months of experience in multifamily housing maintenance or construction
• Experience with drywall, painting, and carpentry
• CPO certification is a plus but not required
• Boilers class 1, 2, or special is a plus but not required
• EPA certification is a plus but not required
• A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage of $23 - $26, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (On-call every 5 weeks)
