Job summary

Odin Management LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. You will organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers, keeping units ready for new residents.

The role requires electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work with a team. On-call rotations and coordination with the Property Manager for parts are expected.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in a maintenance field.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Clean vacant units and the building.
• Work on on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/materials.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Cleaning of vacant units and building.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities

• HVAC cert a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
