As KCG Residential continues its tremendous growth, we look for great people who share our core values to join our team. KCG is seeking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician for our residential community.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the complex. Your role will ensure our residents receive timely and high-quality maintenance repairs and customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate and follow up with the maintenance supervisor regarding maintenance concerns and work order status.
• Maintain the interior and exterior condition of the property, including trash pickup, cleaning common areas, sweeping, shoveling walkways, and salting icy areas.
• Paint, clean, and repair all vacant units promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

Physical Demands:

Constant movement around the job site, handling objects, working in tight spaces. Occasionally operate a computer and office machinery. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Capable of reviewing work for errors and making adjustments.

Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- 2-3 years of building maintenance experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience.

- CPO and EPA/HVAC licensing preferred.
