About The Role

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role involves providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose potential issues, and execute repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and coordinate with systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Use established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to the team through your defined duties and tasks.
• Follow procedures and processes to deliver quality output under supervision.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma, or equivalent experience (1-2 years preferred).
• Physical ability to perform tasks including stooping, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow work routines and standards.
• Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
