Location: Ridge at Chestnut Apartments, 8701 Chestnut Circle, Kansas City, MO 64117

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 4 weeks

Responsibilities:

1. Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
2. Turn and make units ready between tenant occupancy.
3. Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC.
4. Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned.
5. Perform exterior structural maintenance as needed.
6. Assist in property grounds maintenance.
7. Participate in a 24/7 emergency on-call system.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• 2 years of HVAC experience required; EPA Certification required.
• CPO Certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
