Monarch Co. is immediately hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Gateway of Grand Blanc Apartments in Holly, MI. This on-site, full-time role pays $23.00 per hour, with on-call duties and snow-removal support as part of routine operations.

Based at the property, you will tackle HVAC repairs, respond to work orders, and accelerate unit turns across a 220-unit luxury community. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

• 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• On call twice a month for emergency maintenance coverage and snow removal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
