Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a National Maintenance Technician based in Waterford, Michigan, with extensive Midwest travel (75%). The role pays $22.00 to $24.00 per hour and includes excellent overtime potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

You’ll work onsite with a 2 weeks on / 1 week off schedule and company-provided transportation and gas. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in apartment or facilities maintenance, with HVAC, EPA or CPO certification preferred, and

• $50/per diem/tax free every night while traveling for additional expenses
