Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Westminster Apartments in Greenwood, IN!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, day shift, on-call 1 week every 5 weeks.

• $19- $22/HR
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus up to $3,000/year
• On-Call Bonus: $100/week + 1.5 hours pay per call
