Location: Milford, DE
Starting Pay: $22.00/hour (based on experience) + phone allowance
Schedule: Monday–Friday

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Reserve at Sawmill in Milford, DE. If you're hands-on, solution-oriented, and take pride in maintaining high standards across apartment communities, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders
• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues
• Perform plumbing and electrical repairs
• Prepare, hang, and sand drywall
• Repair and maintain appliances
• Paint apartments and common areas
• Maintain the property’s cleanliness and safety
• Assist with snow removal as needed
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance (nights, weekends, holidays)

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of residential or site maintenance experience preferred
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and perform repairs
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Comfortable with ladders and lifting up to 85 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
