Career Strategies is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the Bloomington, IN area.

An Apartment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for make-readies, turns, work orders, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and a variety of maintenance tasks, including grounds cleanup, at our communities. (NO ON-CALL!)

Excellent customer service experience is required, along with at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of satisfaction at all times.
