Job summary

Maryland Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform resident work orders, apartment turnovers, and after-hours maintenance across our Maryland portfolio. You will follow safety procedures and work with team members to deliver quality service.

Ideal candidates have HVAC EPA 608 certification (preferred), basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry skills, reliable transportation, and own tools.

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Completion of resident work orders
2. Apartment Turnovers
3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
4. Snow Removal
5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
6. Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred
• Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
• Must have a reliable transportation
• Must have your own tools
• Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required
