Banyan Living in the greater Cleveland and Columbus areas is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will perform routine inspections, handle preventative maintenance, and address a variety of building systems to keep residents safe and comfortable.

The role requires strong plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and repair skills, plus excellent communication and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC and general repairs.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are performed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
