Banyan Living is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Technician in North Royalton, Ohio, to maintain our luxury apartments. This role includes performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of maintenance experience, knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and a customer-focused mindset. The position offers bi-weekly pay, medical benefits, and a 35% rent discount if living onsite.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems.

This vital role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of property management, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.

As an Experienced Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills and expertise to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service and satisfaction.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are performed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.
