About the role
As a member of the maintenance team, you perhaps have the most important job on our team! You are responsible for providing a safe and comfortable living space for the individuals choosing to live at our property. Often you are the face of the company and our residents rely on you to promptly respond to their needs. As part of our property team, it is your responsibility to aid and assist in creating a great living experience for all of our residents.

This position is paid at an hourly rate. The wage range is from $22- $25/ hour depending on experience. All hours must be logged in the app when on site. Any hours not logged will be approved by logging the hours on the timesheet and turning the timesheet in to the direct supervisor for approval. Any time off needs to be requested in advance using the absentee record approved by the direct supervisor. You will be paid 2 X the base rate for any after hours visits to the properties for emergency situations. Any overtime will be paid at 1.5 X the base rate.
