We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician with residential technician skills to join our team at Bentley Ridge in Lancaster, PA. Responsibilities include a wide range of building maintenance, groundskeeping (watering flower beds), minor building repairs, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance of homes and common areas.

This is a Full-Time position with schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM.

Responsibilities

• Complete minor building maintenance tasks, including service requests for unit turnovers and routine repairs.
• Perform repairs related to carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies for property maintenance.
• Inspect buildings and apartments, report needs, and assist in preventative maintenance, including HVAC systems.
• Maintain plants and flowerbeds.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Support the company's image and values.
• Perform any additional assignments as directed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-12 months of relevant experience in building maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical work.
• Basic understanding of appliance repair and HVAC systems.
• Flexibility to work on a scheduled on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
