About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pico Rivera, CA. You will maintain the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of our communities by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining properties to ensure a positive resident experience. What You’ll Do:

• Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
• Respond promptly to service requests, prioritizing urgent work.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues early.
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with turnover repairs and vacant unit preparation.
• Collaborate with property management and team members for efficient operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing or similar.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry repairs.
• HVAC or EPA certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability for emergency on-call work.
