Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Bismarck, ND for a full-time, on-site role. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation, and a competitive hourly rate of $21.00–$25.00.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in the maintenance field.
• Basic drywall, painting, and carpentry experience.
• Light plumbing and electrical experience.
• HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification a plus.
• Boiler experience a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy.
• Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC.
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Assist in property grounds maintenance.
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3-4 weeks

Responsibilities:
